Consistently with the functional approach of the brand, a new Paderno project has been designed and implemented to reduce mistakes in the kitchen to the benefit of people with celiac disease. This project has been developed with the collaboration of Associazione Italiana Celiachia Lombardia ONLUS (Italian Society for the Celiac Disease – Lombardy Section). Sambonet Paderno Industrie S.p.A. is thus the first company in its industry that offers a full line of HoReCa items intended for gluten-free cooking.
Some distinguished special features, such as golden PVD handles for pans and pots and a special customised logo for utensils, will allow professionals to easily identify all these items in the kitchen.
This innovation aims at:
- reducing the risk of accidental food cross-contamination;
- making it easier for professionals to work and to provide services to clients with gluten intolerance;
- raising awareness on the gluten-free diet issue in the industry so as to respond to the new needs of consumers.
